Long tubes!! Empty Long tubes!!

I bought some BBK Long tubes for mine last night :*drive*: All I need now is the BBK off road H and im gonna go with a MAC Pro dump cat back.

Who wants to help intstal Very Happy haha jk no biggie its a 5.0 not nearly as bad as a 4.6

5.0 is not quite as easy as u may think when andy did his he had to have a guy fabricate some housing that the long tubes hit but it was a pretty easy install from what i have heard

Yeah man we will most likley or when we go back up to MI to get the furnature for the apartment we can throw em on on the hoist that will be alot easier probly lol but if not we will do it in your garage.

I heard the only problems you can really run into with the 5.0 install is the steering shaft fits a little different in each car. So I might have to fabricate something for that when the time comes. Or cut a little off or dent in part of the header. Or it could all go great Very Happy and will fall in like a glove


Anyway it wont be as bad as dropping the k member in a 4.6L lol

And yeah I was gonna sell it.

But 347 is calling my name now Very Happy Me and Pat are gonna pull the engine and start tearing it down this winter in the new apartments garage.

Ill be 347 by spring I hope!

haha... they say a 5.0 is supposed to take 3-4 hrs. So thats why i estimated 6-8 haha... just double the time like how we did on my car lmao
