I am selling my SCT programmer. It currently has a street, performance and race tune on it for cars with an aftermarket CAI, upper plenum, 3.55 gear and manual trans.

$300 . Paid $380. Below is the information from the order receipt.

fyi the free tunes for life is only for the car the SCT was first tied to. I know of someone that had 2 Mustangs and decided he wanted the tunes on the other car and they would not do it. Read the fine print @ American Muscle

Im a customer of SCT as well (purchased the PRP tuning software) and also have an xcal3... Tim is spot on

I didn't see the 'fine print' stating that. Thanks.

So with that being brought to my attention, it's probably better to include it with the car when the car sells...

I would check with AM. But they might not do that also. I know it fustrates people but eventually they would stop making $ off the free tunes as much as people buy and sell Mustangs

Bama wouldnt know.. the buyer would have my name and member number in order to get new tunes and I could just put in for a change of email address for the person who buys the car.
