new 351w Empty new 351w

hey guys I just got my 351w block non-roller race prepped, bored .040, honed and magnafluxed. Im going with comp cam mutha thumpr hydraulic cam lift .541 and link-bar style lifters to make it a roller block im kinda torn between going EFI or carb? any suggestions thanks

Lots of people like to go with EFI, personaly I'm kinda old skool and like to stay as far away from electronics and sensors, always make for more difficult trouble shooting ??? I'm lovin' the carb set up on my falcon, as long as you can get it set up good,,, just "dumpin' in the fuel,,, Personal preferences I guess.
