I came across an eaton m112 sc with the cobra upper and lower intakes for $1200. I have a 97 gt with pi swap already done I'm hoping you guys would be able to help me out if its possible to put it on my gt or if it would even be worth it in the end thanks

it is my understanding that it is not a cost effective swap. I think the only way to do it on a 2V is to get a Tork Teck kit.
