2010 Annual Gizzard Fest Car Show & Burn Out Contest in Potterville 6/12/10

Post by GreyGhost on Sun Jun 06, 2010 5:30 pm

If you are into eating chicken gizzards, this is your opportunity to eat to your heart's content! Potterville will be having their annual Gizzard Fest and Car Show held at Potterville High School this coming Saturday, June 12th. Car show registration will be from 8am to 10am. You must be registered by 10am to be judged! Dash plaques for the first 100 entries. Judging will be from 10am to 12pm with awards given out at 5pm. Registration fee is $15. There will be 10 categories with trophies going to 1st and 2nd place in each category. They are having a Burn Out contest at 3pm with registration for that from 1pm to 2pm. If anyone is interested in doing this, let me know. We can then figure out a meeting place so we can all roll in together. If you're not into eating gizzards, perhaps we can all bring a dish to pass around. Kinda like a potluck or something. Sound good?

Depending on the weather, we will try and stop down and visit with you guys.

Up to $15 now. Used to be one of the cheaper shows.

We'll be there. Last year the car show wasn't verry big, but it seems that they're advertising it a little better this time, and with the burnout contest hopefuly there'll be a little better turnout.

The show was a LOT better than last year...

The STANGS dominated the burnout contest... Brian 1st - Me 2nd (didn't mind 2nd to a Stang)

Just a LITTLE rough on the tires...
