You know what... I may just go buy some cheap ass ceramic coating from pepboys or some auto store and spray that stuff on.

I got these headers for CRAZY cheap and I just want to get em on... i can be spending $200-$300 for some high tech ceramic coating right now. It'll only lower my temp like 40* after WOT anyways. I'll just buy the cheap spray from the store to protect em from the weather... and i'll just re-apply it every once in awhile.

Pat, don't punk out!

If i were you i would coat them in some of that ceramic spray paint, and then use some caliper paint and bake it on. Marshall did that on his 2.3 valve cover and it held up really well. That's what i would do personally. It's almost as good as a powdercoating for like 15 bux

the ceramic coating coats the in and outside to flow that exhaust out of the pipes!! and lowers your engine temps

Most def man! I'll make a thread here pretty soon about a tech day somewhere... it cant really be at my place, cuz i have absolutly no room to work. I dont even have any tools anymore... they got stolen when my garage was broken into lol.

But yeah... here soon, i'll make a tech day thread.

About the ceramic coating...and break pad paint. Should i just spray the ceramic coating on right on top of the black factory paint, then the brake caliper paint over the ceramic coating?
