131 Test and Tune

I will be going to 131 Dragway today to get a base line on the new stang before I start adding some minor mods so I can see what the mods really give me. I will be leaving around 4 Pm from charlotte if anyone wants to come shoot me a PM. I will check for them by 2pm. I can not stay late at the track as I have to work tonight. MODS??? ummm that is what you said last time and you brought us a new car lol what kinda mods you thinking of ??

This time its looks and a little power, no new car. Have installed sequental tail lights. Have purchased style bar, wind screen, CAI and tune and performance mufflers. All performance parts are Ford's own for warranty maintanance. style bar and wind screen from Classic Design Concepts and sequental tail lights from American Muscle. Made it to the track tonight. As expected this car runs just like the 06. Low 14's with 2.0 60 ft times. Now to put in the mods.

nice runs sir, where you able to hook up better at this one then our first track event?

No problem as this stock clutch does not transfer power to the rear wheels like the ceramic clutch I had in the 06.

sweet, well.........looks like when you blow this clutch youll have to get another ceramic one

I know what you need to do untie that anchor your dragging LOL

what do you mean I am not tied to the back of the car. I am bigger than any anchor.

How was the starting line . was it hooking good. I want to go this friday for gruge night. so if some of you want to go. or if want to think about it . let me know.
