2009 IndyHP Street Car Shootout!!! Indianapolis, IN - July 5th@O'Reilly Raceway Park

IndyHP welcomes all local clubs and drag racers to this second annual IndyHP Street Car Shootout! This event is open to cars as well as bikes.

What:
A day of quarter-mile drag racing with IndyHP, complete with classes and tough competition. Fun runs will also take place during the entire day for anyone wishing to just get out there and race.

Where:
O?Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis

When:
Sunday, July 5, 2009 - Tech In at 9:00 AM EDT - Racing starts at 10:00 AM EDT.

Cost:
Pre-register until June 19th: $40.00, Day of event: $50.00, $5.00 for spectators

Who:
Anyone who wants to come out and see what their car can do, for friendly competition, or just to get a personal best time. Everyone is invited and is encouraged to invite their friends. Feel free to post on other forums.

Yeah I did. Right now I'm just driving a Jeep Cherokee daily (except its broken right now lol), but all my mod money goes to my R1 (lowered, stretched, airshifter, nitrous, etc)

This event is gonna be great guys! Pony Car and P8 (poweradder are going to be the two classes for mustangs, lots of entries and lots of friendly competition

i know i am coming up with two maybe three other ppl so far no word on if anyone is bringing out there cars though

Well its $10 cheaper to preregister - so if you're going to run get to it and sign up asap So far we have 80 drivers preregistered and are expecting to break 100 day of the event!!!

It's only $5 to watch the day of the event, but if you have a car what's the point of just watching There will be cars from 15 seconds to 9 seconds (maybe a few faster!) so nobody will feel left out

I sooooo want to do this but once again, I'll be out of town. Damned 4th of July...wait!? What am I saying!? I get to play with fireworks. YEAH ME!!!
