Public invited to Roush Mustang Unveiling

Roush will make big news on March 18 when they unveil their new 2010 Roush Mustang. If you are in the Detroit Metro area, you will be thrilled to hear that the public has been invited to see the magic moment alongside the automotive media. Jack Roush is a man of the fans and wanted everyone to be there.

"The people who have supported our company over the years are the ones who deserve to be among the first see this great new Mustang. If it wasn't for them, ROUSHwould never have grown to the industry-leader that is has become. I want to personally invite anyone who want to come to the Roush 2010 Mustang unveil - the doors are open," he said.

The new 2010 Roush Mustang will be available in three packages at the time of launch. They will continue their popular the Stage 1, Stage 2 and 427R models. The top end Stage 3 models are not listed in the new package programs yet, but we hope a new flagship model will come along soon.

The Stage 1 is the entry level Roush, featuring only appearance upgrades. For those wanting all the Roush signature handling the Stage 2 is the way to go. The top performance model is the 427R Mustang. One of the most popular Roush Mustangs in the past few years, the 427R will include the company’s tried and true supercharged and intercooled engine package. For 2010, the ROUSHcharged 4.6 liter V8 will be rated at 435 horsepower and 400 lb.-ft. of torque.

The base content on the three packages is shown below, along with the suggested retail price. As before, a number of options are available for the Roush 2010 Mustangs, but you'll just have to wait to find out more about those. As far as photos go, we will have to wait until March 18th.

The unveiling will take place at 10 am on Wednesday, March 18 in the Roush Performance vehicle assembly area, the very same spot where production of the new Roush models will begin later in the week. The address is 28156 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI, 48150.
