January/ July

The beginning of January Heather is leaving to go to basic training..... and graduates around July... so I will probably leave around the end of July-ish!!! I will let her give you all the details upon request... but I thought you should know.

I was gonna just make a post, but I see zack has already beat me to it. So here is the deal. I leave for basic training on the 7th of Jan. but I don't actually start until the 12th. So if all goes accordingly I would be graduating from basic training (Fort Jackson, SC) on march 16th. I report to arizona for AIT on march 30th, where i'll begin 19 weeks of training. I should be graduating AIT on August 10th where I will get to come home for a ten day leave before packing up my things and zack and I moving to where ever i'm sent to go active. The recruiter was telling me i'm looking at either the east coast or Germany for active duty. So every one better be available those ten days, cuz my birthday is the 12th of aug :^drunk^:

My MOS is a Human Intelligence collector. I signed up for 4 years. I get a $5000 dollar bonus, and 650 a month added to my G.I. Bill when I decide to use it.

I'm pretty nervous and excited all at the same time. LOL. Will try to make it to any event possible within the next month and 2 weeks, and you pratically have zack for one more season, so you guys shouldn't be too mad for us leaving. LOL. Don't worry... wherever we go... the wildhorses name will live on. We'll make sure of that

And if I have a going-away party you are all invited!

Congrats!!! At least you've picked the best time to go into basic and being in SC that's even better. Take full advantage of what the military can offer, it'll make for a better job after you get out of the military.. Definately let us know where you end up, with all the military members we have it's no telling where you could run into another wildhorses member..

Well..... looks like we are not going anywhere!!! She is getting sent home!!! She has a bad collar bone and she cant wear the IBA and hold her rifle correctly so they are giving her the boot!!! Dont know when she is gonna get back home.... but I cant wait to see her again.... although IDK what we are gonna do now!!!!
