Past Event: Michigan International Auto Show 2/6/10

Hey everyone, one of our first events this year will be at the Michigan International Auto Show at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. We will meet in the lobby of DeVos Place at 1:00pm on February 6th (if you get there a little late, just come in we'll be there). After the show we can go to Buffalo Wild Wings on 28th St for some lunch/dinner (I was thinking around 5pm). Here's some show info:

Hours on Saturday: 10am-10pm
Admission:
Adults $10
Children (6-14yrs) $4
5 yrs and under FREE

^I'll drive the 172 miles to your place, then car pool back the 29 miles and then have you drop me off back at your house... Sounds like an Obama money Itinerary.

Now I don't know if we will be able to attend . My wife had surgery on monday and I don't know if she will be up to walking (not very fast at all) around everywhere. Do they rent wheelchairs or something like that?

looks like the best bet might be to meet in Charlotte at Meijer at 11:00AM and leave there by 11:15AM... Also Jeff if you are going we can meet up at the Pilot station off I-96 (exit 67) about Noon and cruise together from there...

What took so long?

We went right to Mikes new house in Royal Oak so I could see it.

Thanks Dan, It was a great time! food was great, friends were great. And we got to see a lot cars. We look forward to more events in the 2010 season! and THANKS again Shady for the use of the chair, Now thats what friends and club members do for each other! I love being part of wildhorses! I couldn't ask for any better!

Sorry we missed it. I may end up missing quite a few weekend events this summer.
I'm on weekend night shift at work. Good/bad!
Good-- I only work 3 days a wk.
Bad-- it's when all the good stuffs happenen.

yeah i am bummed i missed out (long story but a good day) i am a little jealous of you all that went. but excited about the rest of the year!

Thats OK Glenn, we'll have another year at it again! Hope y'all can make more this year (but if you can't, I won't hold anything against ya! lol).
