Christmas Party!!

OK Plans are finalized for this years Christmas Party.. But first thank you to Jon & Geri and Tyler & Victoria for trying to help make arrangements for the party. After some considerations of what people would like to do, we have come to having a local place to allow us to have our party from 7:00pm until 11:00pm. The Christmas party will be on Dec 12th.

Now to the details.

Cost will be $10 per person who plans to attend and eat. Food will consist of Barbeque ribs, chicken and pork along with potatoe salad, green beans and potatoes, baked beans and cole slaw, along with drinks.

Also just like last Christmas partys, will be doing the Dirty Santa game, gifts should be in the $15 - $25 price range. Plus we'll also have 50/50 drawings as well as prize giveaways, with the chance to purchase additional tickets for the giveaways.

ok everyone i spoke with eddie and he would like everyone is going to RSVP either in person or on the forum by NOV. 20TH so that he can make sure there is enough food for everyone also dont forget if you want to participate in the dirty santa game each person needs to bring a gift that wants to play under 25 dollars. and meagan and myself will be making up some childrens gifts so they dont feel left out. We will also be doing a 50/50 raffle that night along with door prizes so make sure to buy your tickets when you get there. You can pay your entry fee of 10 dollars per person in advance or at the door so please lets us know when you rsvp when you will be paying. i will be also letting everyone know at the meeting on sat. thanks everyone and hope to see you then

you would have to ask eddie i am not sure if that is to get in and eat or if they will change it because that person is not eating just there for the fun and games. i understand some people dont want bbq, so the best person to ask would be eddie

I don't care who eats.... but the price is for unlimited food and drinks. So if you don't eat then you have to pay for your own drinks. If people don't want barbeque then I suggest eating before coming to the party.

ALSO NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES!!!

The boys and I will be there. It will be just a few days before we leave so it will be the last time we get to hang out with our mustang family for a long time. Sooooo it would mean alot to me for as many of the family to be there as possible. Hope to see you there.

Dirty Santa:

You bring a gift (non gender bias/ boy or girl) $15 - $25. During the party we draw numbers and pick a gift, then the everyone gets a chance to take your gift if they want it, until everyone has gone. You have to take what you get left with....

the party is on dec 12th which is a saturday. it starts at 7pm until 10pm. i believe eddie is planning on haveing everyone meet some where and then we all cruise over to the resturant together.

Christmas party plans.....

Party starts at 7:00pm until....

A group will be meeting at Hooter's parking lot at 6:15 pm on Riverside Dr in Clarksville (Larry will headup in the group). The party location is 20 minutes away from Hooter's. Also $10 a person if you plan to eat. 50/50 drawing, as well as door prizes. Additional door prize tickets can be purchased too.

The resturant is located on Hwy 149. Take Riverside Dr south towards Gary Matthews car lot, turn right on Hwy 48/13 go past BP station on right, cross over bridge, turn right on Hwy 149 across from the Dollar General store. Resturant is on the right half way up the hill...

Thanks to everyone who came out to the party we had a great time and it was good to see everyone. and congratulations to everyone in the WMC and everyone who won door prizes and the 50/50 raffles. Yes like Larry said thanks to everyone and I hope that everyone had a good time. It was a good time and a pretty good turnout. Geri and I were a bit late due to other family commitments but heard that the food was great and we saw that the service was good. I think we will be using them again for cookouts and gatherings. For those who could make it know about Larry and myself but for those who could not I will make a more detailed and explainatory post once I have discussed some things with Eddie and Larry. But again congrats to to all our WMC trophy winners and thanks for everyone in attendance for the support and being there. Happy Holidays to everyone and their families.

Yeah, and I didn't see any "gag" gifts in Dirty Santa. Except maybe the green box, but at least somebody wanted it. The biggest hits were obviously the GT500's...
