Ford Stock Hits historic Low!!!

Post by Guest on Wed Oct 08, 2008 8:30 pm

The old question comes to mind of “can it get any worse?” We asked that yesterday and the answer was “yes”. Today history was made in that Ford stock (F) dropped to an all time inflation adjusted low of $2.10 per share. Before the end of trading today the shares bounced back to a close of $2.66.

We reported yesterday that it had dropped to the lowest point since 1981, but today’s dip represents the lowest price we can find on record for the company’s stocks. The further devaluation was in part due to the DOW plunging another 200 points today

Yeah, getting really scary out there. Even the "mighty" GM stock is at a near all time low. How will our BIG 3 survive? I think Ford is on the right track with its plan for those fuel economy European model, a couple of 'em are real nice. There bringing in a crossover that gets 37 mpg. Just hope they don't put all their "eggs" in one basket and forget what an American vehicle really is----MUSTANG!

Although, times may seem bad, but now is the best time to buy in Ford stock. At these prices, it's now affordable to become a shareholder with Ford. Then a couple years when the market increases again as it historically has over the past 30 years, you'll be sitting nice and thankful that you bought at the extreme low prices..
